Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Many Jokedept products are made to order. This means an order may require production time before it is packed and handed to the carrier.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Timing varies by product, order volume, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier. Any estimate shown on a product page, at checkout, or in an order update is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Carrier delays, customs reviews, severe weather, peak seasons, and remote destinations can extend delivery time.

Shipping options and cost

Available shipping options and charges are calculated for the items and destination in your cart. Review them at checkout before completing your order; the amount shown there is the final shipping charge for that order.

Multiple packages

We work with more than one fulfillment facility. Items from the same order may ship separately, receive different tracking numbers, and arrive on different days. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we split an order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is included in the shipping update sent to the email address used at checkout. A carrier may need time to display the first scan after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email service@jokedept.com immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment has started.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and may be collected from the recipient.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or an order is taking longer than the estimate provided for it, contact service@jokedept.com with your order number. We may ask you to confirm the address, check with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier while we review the shipment.
