We want you to receive the item you ordered in good condition. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide the correct instructions.

Start a request

Email service@jokedept.com promptly after delivery. Include your order number, the item involved, the reason for the request, and clear photos when an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

A return is not approved until we confirm eligibility and send instructions. Do not mail an item to the sender address or any address printed on the original package.

Return condition

For a non-quality return, keep the item unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition while we review the request. Eligibility can depend on the item, its condition, the reason for the request, the delivery destination, and any non-waivable consumer rights that apply.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you notice the issue and keep the item, packaging, and shipping label until we finish the review. If we confirm a fulfillment or product-quality problem, we will explain the available remedy and any return steps.

Return shipping and instructions

If a return is approved, we will provide the designated return facility, mailing instructions, timing, and any applicable return-shipping responsibility before you send the package. Use a trackable service when instructed and keep the receipt until the return is complete.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed, unless another remedy is agreed or required by law. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Because many products are made to order, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after production or fulfillment has started.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
